About 10 years ago, I read Twila Tharpe’s The Creative Habit, and I realized something. Creativity is something that does not just happen, but is practiced and learned. It is rarely spontaneous, even if it seems that way, and it is not unique to any one type of person.
Creativity is a habit.
It is something that we can train ourselves in. It is something that we can develop. It is something that can become a habit. My hope is that this site will help connect teachers to creative ideas to be used inside classrooms, outside classrooms, and through virtual classrooms.
